To prepare strawberry tincture, the berries must be washed under running water, dried on a towel. Pour the berries into a glass bottle, cover with sugar so that they let the juice. Then pour vodka and stand for 6 weeks. You can shake it periodically. Then drain the tincture, add lemon juice, cinnamon and insist for 2 weeks. Then filter the resulting tincture (you can use a linen cloth folded in several layers) from impurities, bottle it and keep it for three months. The yield is about 3 liters. Berries can then be used in baking. Strawberry tincture is served with ice or added to cocktails.
