Stir sugar and flour for streusel.
Put the butter, knead the dough with your hands, you will get a crumb.
Cut the apples into small cubes, pour lemon juice, mix everything.
Pour in the cinnamon, mix again.
Put the apples on the bottom of small (or one large) molds.
On top of the apples - streusel.
Remove the molds in a preheated 180 gr. oven, bake until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes).
Ready-made apples baked under a streusel, sprinkle with almond petals, grated chocolate or ground nuts.
It is better to serve it warm or cold.
