Chicken rolls with feta and balyk

Wonderful rolls for any feast! The guests will be delighted! I love this recipe because it is simple and convenient. You can experiment with it, change toppings and choose the ones you like best, including them in the family menu. This recipe was taken by me "by eye". Because I was preparing the same way. The cook, in the company where I worked for many years, was the only way I produced my masterpieces. The whole team during the periods of her work was especially well-fed and satisfied.

1. Beat the chicken fillet well with a cooking hammer to make comfortable thin envelopes for wrapping the filling. If the pieces are not wide enough, I connect two or more pieces and also beat them into a single mass.

2. The envelopes prepared in this way are liberally salted, peppered and sprinkled with garlic powder (it is better if the garlic is natural, from garlic).

3. Mix separately mayonnaise, a couple of spoons of ground black pepper, finely chopped feta and also chopped ham or balyk.

4. I fill each envelope with the resulting mass. I wrap it as tightly as possible and fasten the edges with a toothpick.

5. Spread the resulting rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes at t 200-240 degrees.

6. Periodically, during cooking, I lubricate the rolls with an oil cooking brush and pour the resulting juice so that they do not come out dry.

7. Bon appetit!
