Boil the seafood for about 3 minutes in salted water. Flip into a colander, sprinkle with lemon.

Add flour to the same place, mix quickly. Add the tomato paste, pour in the cream. Now mix the sauce and boil it over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add seafood to the sauce, add salt and mix. Cook for about another minute.
Take cocotnuts, smear them with olive oil, fill with seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 10-16 minutes at 200 degrees. As soon as an appetizing golden crust has formed, take it out!
