We begin to implement a delicious culinary recipe – cake Elena: rub together with sugar soft creamy margarine (take in packs),

Add eggs and warmed honey.

Put the resulting mass in a water bath and start heating, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. Pour the soda slaked in citric acid. Gradually stir in the flour so that the dough turns out smooth, without lumps.
Step 5:
Set the dough aside to infuse for at least twenty minutes. You can even put it in the refrigerator.
Step 6:
After rolling out into a layer, or just take the desired form with a Teflon coating and, as it were, we press our dough into it, leveling the surface with our fingers.
Step 7:
At the same time, we try to divide all the dough into as many cakes as possible. The peculiarity of this cake is as follows: the more cakes, the better.
Step 8:
The baked cakes are carefully cut off so that they are all the same size. We rub the trimmings on a fine grater – this will be our powder. Each cake is coated with cream, and the top and sides are decorated with powder – beautiful food is ready.
Step 9:
Preparation of the cream: cook sugar syrup, add condensed milk to it and bring the mass to a boil, stirring. Let it cool, and then whisk together with butter. At the very end, add ground nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds).
Step 10:
We impregnate each cake with cream.
Step 11:
At the end, we sprinkle the cake smeared with cream with a powder of cake scraps, grated on a fine grater. I didn't do it because I think the cake is beautiful already at this stage.
