Step-by-step cooking
First of all, I boil a hard-boiled egg and let it cool down. I do this in the evening, because I often cook simple sandwiches for breakfast. I clean the herring from the film from the outside and clean it from the inside. I remove the fillets from the bones and put them in the freezer. I leave a small piece in the large chamber of the freezer, pre-sliced into small slices. I cut the bun in half, lubricate each half with butter. On one of the halves of each bun I put a thin circle of egg, around which I place pieces of herring fillet. And sometimes I cook a kind of butter from eggs and melted cheese, on which I put pieces of fillet or put pieces of tomato under the herring. I cover the second half of the bun. Well, that's it, now you can make coffee and start breakfast. If it's not breakfast, but dinner, I often add a couple of onion rings to each bun. The culinary recipe of this excellent food has an interesting history. A cook I know is a great connoisseur of a wide variety of snacks. When I once again asked her to share some interesting recipe with me, she threw me this recipe with a photo. I was surprised at how beautiful the most ordinary everyday sandwich can be. It was time to be surprised for the second time when I cooked this seemingly very ordinary meal, which turned out to be amazingly delicious. I now cook simple sandwiches not only on weekdays, but also on holidays.
