I want to share with you a culinary recipe for a great festive dessert called Cake Moscow. It will take time and a little effort to prepare it.
Beat the yolks with half a cup of sugar until the mass increases three times. In a separate bowl, whisk the chilled proteins without sugar. When the proteins become foam, pour the remaining sugar to them and continue to beat until thick. The third part of the proteins is mixed with the yolks, then add flour with starch. Carefully mix and add all the proteins. Bake the dough with one cake for about half an hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. When the biscuit is ready, we cool it and cut it into three parts. All cakes are soaked with sugar syrup with the addition of liqueur. We coat the two lower cakes with strawberry jam, put chocolate cream on the jam. The third cake is smeared with jam and buttercream. The surface and sides of the cake are decorated with meringues.
Chocolate cream: beat butter, add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and cocoa to it.
Buttercream: all the same, only without cocoa.
