As they say, a man's love lies through his stomach. And what normal man doesn't like meat? That's why my mother's recipe is useful to me in this case. It is better to take fatter meat, pork or lamb.
Rub it with salt and pepper. Garlic cloves cut into 2-4 pieces. Make cuts in pork, insert garlic into them. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. So that the pork juice gives. Lubricate with mustard. It is best to lubricate the foil with oil. Put the pork in foil, wrap. Well, this case is also not easy. Many times it turned out that all the juice flowed out on the baking sheet, but then I got used to unwinding more foil and wrapping it from different sides.
Put it in a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
My family now ask me to bake pork for them every weekend, and I usually make mashed potatoes as a side dish. Delicious and satisfying, and most importantly nothing superfluous.
