A culinary recipe for such a dish as chicken meatballs, probably even a child can cook. To the fillet passed through a meat grinder, or to the immediately cooked chicken minced meat, I add already soaked in milk and pressed white bread, grate and add onion, cheese, boiled egg, salt to taste and mix everything well. Constantly wetting my hands with water, I roll balls of a small size from the mixture we received, like meatballs. Then I fry them in a large deep frying pan with corn oil, put them in a bowl, while constantly adding oil to the pan. At the same time, I constantly stir our dish. Fry tomato paste, finely chop onions, tomatoes and zucchini, fry for 5-7 minutes. I add all this to the water and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes under a closed lid. After that, I carefully put our meatballs in a frying pan and bring them to a boil. After that, they still need to be put out for 10-15 minutes, and our delicious food will finally be ready. Bon appetit!
