Step-by-step cooking
So, we start by heating the oven to 200 degrees. After that, we take a chicken carcass of not very large sizes, wash it thoroughly and dry it.
Now rub the bird inside and out with pepper, rosemary and salt. Now peel the garlic and put 6-7 cloves in the chicken belly.
Now we take a brazier and pour about half a glass of wine into it, put the chicken in the same place. Now we put the chicken carcass in the already preheated oven and fry it there for about 2 hours.
1.5 hours after the start of cooking the chicken, pour in the remaining wine, put the chopped onion. Cook the chicken for another 30-40 minutes and then take it out.
We put the finished bird on a dish decorated with vegetables and fruits according to your taste.
