Step-by-step cooking
We get rid of the peel and core of a large apple and grate it on a grater. In boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. The whites are three on a large grater, and the yolks – on a small one. Finely chop the onion, grate three hard cheese and frozen butter. Crab meat or crab sticks are cut into strips.
Then put all the layers on a dish. First, spread the egg white, and finely chopped onion on top. Then spread hard cheese on top of the onion, then crackers, and grated frozen butter on them. Lubricate with a thin layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle with lemon juice and spread the green apple and cover everything with mayonnaise again. We put our salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to infuse, and then sprinkle it with egg yolk on top.
You can decorate our crab salad with crackers with a sprig of parsley or basil leaves.
