A filter is laid out in the form at the bottom.

Then pour the whole mass into the mold. Put a bigger saucepan on the bottom, there will be a very tasty whey))

Add the greens (if you want) and mix.

Put the filter on top.
Step 10:
And under the press for 8 hours. I put it on the windowsill at night with the window open. If there is no form, you can just use gauze. Put all the ingredients in it, tie the ends and hang them over a saucepan or sink.
