Drain the liquid from the canned food, remove the bones, fillet mash with a fork.
Chop finely green onions.
Mix pink salmon with onion, salt, cottage cheese, horseradish. Put it in the refrigerator for a while, let it thicken.
Form balls of fish mass with wet hands. Put red caviar in the center of each ball.
Roll the finished balls in nuts, then in parsley.
Put the fish and caviar balls in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
