Step-by-step cooking
Cut the meat into pieces and beat it very well. I cover the meat with cling film and then beat it off - very convenient, the hammer is always clean.
Put the meat in a separate bowl and pour brandy. Leave for 15 minutes. Then dry with a paper towel.
Grate cheese, mix with mayonnaise (preferably homemade) and crushed garlic.
Spread the meat on the food film so that each piece "steps" on the next. Add salt and pepper. Put the curd mass along the center.
With the help of a food film, roll the meat into a "sausage".
Roll the sausage into a "snail", fasten it with toothpicks and put it in a form lined with parchment.
Bake for 60 min. at 200C. Serve immediately!
