Chop the cookies into small crumbs and mix with melted butter. We put it on the bottom of the mold (preferably detachable) and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.

Whisk cottage cheese with sugar, add sour cream, whisk again.

We grind blueberries in a blender.

The mass of cottage cheese is divided into two parts, one of which should be one quarter smaller than the other.

In a smaller report blueberries, mix.

Gelatin is diluted as indicated on the package (I have 80ml of water for 2 tbsp.l.).

Warm up the cream, but do not bring it to a boil.

Mix gelatin already diluted and swollen to the cream, mix.

Also divide the mass in half and put each in two parts of the cream.

Take out the mold from the refrigerator, put the parchment ring along the rim.

Alternately put the filling on the cookies - four tablespoons of white mass, after the same amount of blueberry. And we continue to the end.

With a stick we guide the cake to get a beautiful drawing.

Put the berry cheesecake in the refrigerator until it completely freezes.

When it is necessary to serve, we remove the parchment, decorate it to your taste.
