Beat the yolks with sugar in a blender, without interrupting the whipping, add milk and vodka alternately in portions. At the end of whipping, add vanilla and, if desired, coffee dissolved in a small amount of boiling water. Pour the finished liquor into bottles. Drink with pleasure!
