A very good culinary recipe of Italian cuisine is the most popular dessert in Italy, but in a slightly different form. I mean Tiramisu cake.

Beat the yolks separately with part of the sugar, add flour. Separately, whisk the proteins taken from the refrigerator to a thick foam, pour sugar slowly and continue to whisk until a strong, thick foam. Combine both masses, stirring gently. In a preheated oven, bake one cake until fully cooked. After cooling the cake, cut it into three layers. We make strong coffee and cool it. Then pour it on a baking sheet – so that it is convenient to moisten the cakes.

Cream: whisk the yolks with sugar until the yolks change color to white. We put the cottage cheese crushed with a fork, pour in the rum. The mass should come out almost homogeneous. Separately, whisk the whites and a thick foam of them carefully mixed with the yolks.
We dip each cake in coffee, as they say, with our heads literally for a second. And immediately put it to drain on the grill. As soon as it drains, we put it in a mold, spread one third of the cream on top. We process the second coffee cake and so on. After the whole soaked and smeared cake is put in the refrigerator for three hours. Decorate simply with cocoa powder sprinkled over the entire surface of the cake.
