Step-by-step cooking
Rinse chicken fillet, dry, cut into small slices. Fry in a hot frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
Do not over-dry! Add salt and pepper. Put it aside.
Cut the baguette in proportion to the chicken pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and brown in the oven.
Combine chicken meat, crackers, parmesan. Season with sauce (for sauce it is necessary to combine all the specified ingredients).
On a dish covered with salad leaves, put part of the fillet with crackers in sauce, then a layer of lettuce leaves (chop with your hands). Once again lay out the salad mixture and decorate with chopped lettuce leaves and arugula sprigs on top.
