Step 1:
Prepare the specified ingredients. The number of ingredients is more for guidance, because everyone's tastes and preferences are different. I use black tea as a brew, but you can also take green tea. Cinnamon in powder and with a stick, it is better to take loose cinnamon from trusted sellers. I use white sugar as a sweetener, you can take brown, honey or completely abandon it. Lemon will be added to the finished tea. Put the kettle to boil.
Step 2:
Rinse the selected dishes for brewing tea - it can be a teapot, mug or thermos with boiling water.
Step 3:
Add tea leaves to the prepared teapot - black tea (you can use tea bags), cinnamon powder.
Step 4:
Also add sugar to the kettle, put a cinnamon stick. If honey is to be used, then it should be added to already brewed tea and slightly cooled to preserve the beneficial qualities of this product.
Step 5:
Pour the kettle with boiled water, gently mix the contents, close the kettle with a lid and cover with something warm. Leave the tea to brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6:
After the specified time, the drink can be poured into glasses or cups. Put a slice of lemon in each glass and pour the brewed tea. This tea is good both hot and cold. You can also add mint and lemon balm leaves to it.
Cinnamon tea is not only very fragrant and delicious, but also very healthy. For a variety of gray everyday life, you can quickly, simply and easily prepare such a delicious hot drink. You can serve such tea without anything, or you can, without adding sugar to the tea, offer sweets and homemade jams to it.
