Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In order to make a chocolate banana smoothie, you will need the following products: ripe sweet bananas, milk (I took store-bought pasteurized), bitter chocolate (I have 80% cocoa), as well as a small pinch of ground cinnamon. To your taste, you can add sweeteners to smoothies: honey (preferably liquid), granulated sugar, powdered sugar, syrup (fruit or berry).
Step 2:
It is better to take a banana well ripe or even overripe, so that it is sweet. Carefully peel the banana, break it into small pieces with your hands or cut it into neat circles. Place the chopped banana in the blender bowl.
Step 3:
Pour milk into the bowl to the banana (I used chilled). Grate the chocolate on a fine grater and add to the milk and banana. Add ground cinnamon. Also, from spices, you can add a little grated nutmeg, vanilla pod cores on the tip of the knife, or add vanilla sugar. You can take any chocolate, as long as it is "clean", without fillers, i.e. without nuts, raisins, without filling.
Step 4:
Whisk all the prepared ingredients at high power until as smooth as possible. Chocolate banana smoothie is ready! Serve the dish immediately after cooking, decorating to your taste. It is better to serve a chocolate banana smoothie in a nice chilled glass, with an additional teaspoon or a wide straw for cocktails.
You can decorate a chocolate banana smoothie with a pinch of grated chocolate, coconut chips, a leaf of fresh fragrant mint or lemon balm.
It is important to take fresh natural milk for making smoothies, since this product in this recipe is not subjected to heat treatment.
