Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. My kiwi, banana and defrost spinach in advance. Although if you have a powerful blender, you can also use a frozen one. If you use fresh spinach, then rinse it thoroughly with running water.
Step 2:
Peel the banana and kiwi from the skins.
Step 3:
Cut banana and kiwi into pieces. A banana can simply be broken into several pieces, and a kiwi can be thrown whole if it is small. It is better to use a banana completely ripe or slightly overripe, so it will be as healthy and sweet as possible.
Step 4:
Put all the ingredients in a blender. If you like a more liquid smoothie, then you can add a little apple juice (preferably freshly squeezed), because when you add water, the beneficial properties of spinach are lost.
Step 5:
And blend thoroughly. That's what we get. Now you can pour into glasses, decorate as desired and use through a straw.
This smoothie is very simple, but quite exotic. After all, overseas ingredients are used here, which we can now also use all year round.
In this green smoothie, the most useful ingredient is spinach. It has a lot of positive properties for health. In general, it is believed that a person needs to eat enough greens every day. But with our speed of life, it is not always possible to do this. Therefore, a morning smoothie with spinach is a great solution! Banana and kiwi will perfectly mask the herbaceous taste of our green friend. And after drinking a glass of such a sweet and sour miracle, you will not even notice it, and your body will get enough of the necessary vitamins and trace elements.
Another tip, when you pour the smoothie into glasses, let it stand for a while. I noticed that it becomes even tastier and richer.
You can also add apples or pears to this smoothie. Or experiment by adding, for example, pineapple. This will add even more exoticism to this drink and an interesting shade to taste.
Bon appetit! Be healthy!
