Cooking method
It's very easy to prepare the sandwiches suggested in the recipe. You can choose grain bread, yeast-free, white, black - according to your taste. You can use the purchased chocolate paste, or you can cook it yourself. By the way, the number of ingredients can be doubled or tripled, and more pasta can be prepared.
To make the fruits look festive, they can be given a curly shape. Curly molds will come to the rescue.
1. Pour sugar, cocoa powder and flour into a saucepan. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. In small portions, add warm milk to the bowl. At the same time, we constantly mix with a whisk until smooth, so that there are no lumps.
3. We send the saucepan to a low heat, bring the mixture to a boil. In the process, we constantly stir so that the paste does not burn.
4. Fry walnuts in a dry frying pan. Then let them cool slightly. The cooled nuts are crushed into powder. To do this, you can use a coffee grinder or a blender.
5. Add the chopped nuts and butter to the paste. Cook the mass over low heat until it thickens to the consistency of sour cream. We cool it.
Chocolate paste is well stored in the refrigerator in a glass container with a lid.
We start making sandwiches:
- strawberries and blueberries are washed, dried;
- peel the banana;
- cut the strawberries into thin slices, also cut the banana;
- dry slices of bread in a dry frying pan without adding oil;

Everything is ready! Help yourself to health!
