Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products. Wash fruits and greens well, dry them on a towel.
Step 2:
Peel the kiwi, remove only the hard parts of the core, tail and tip from the pear. Cut the fruit into medium pieces. Take only tender leaves from parsley.
Step 3:
Load everything into the high bowl of the blender and punch the pulses into the puree. It turns out quite a thick mass.
Step 4:
Add water to the desired consistency, mix well. I take thawed water about 10&039;. It is not difficult to prepare such water: already settled clean tap water is poured into a clean plastic container without adding about 4 cm to the neck. Place the bottle in the freezer until the water freezes completely. Then take it out and let it thaw at room temperature. The structure of the melt water will be restored and it will become much more useful.
Step 5:
Pour the finished smoothie into a suitable glass and enjoy the drink through a wide tube.
Smoothie is quite a hearty drink, fruit is more suitable as a breakfast or snack. A green smoothie is perfect – it invigorates wonderfully.
Smoothies as dinner are not a very good option due to the fact that fruits contain a lot of fructose, which will be stored by the body. In the evening, it is advisable to prepare a cocktail only from vegetables.
Smoothies have no special contraindications, but still, it is better to refrain if:
* The presence of an allergy to some component used to make a cocktail. It can be an orange, lemon, honey or even strawberries.
* The presence of ulcers, such diets and unloading for the body will also not bring anything good.
* The period when diseases worsen.
* Who has kidney and liver problems.
The main rule is to drink a fruit drink in the morning and a vegetable drink in the evening.
