Step 1:
To prepare an orange smoothie with strawberries and banana, you will need: oranges, banana, strawberries, honey.

Fruits are thoroughly washed. Squeeze the juice out of the oranges. I got about 200 ml of juice.
Step 3:
Strawberries are thoroughly washed, dried, and the sepals are removed. Put it in a blender.
Step 4:
Peel the banana, cut it into pieces and put it in a blender too.

Cosmetologists often recommend smoothies to those who want to have healthy skin, as these cocktails are able to moisturize the skin from the inside.
The usefulness of the drink is that it is prepared from fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits or berries without heat treatment. Therefore, all the useful substances of the ingredients are preserved. Smoothie quickly saturates the body with vitamins, invigorates and perfectly satisfies hunger.
For the preparation of this drink, it is better to use ripe bananas. They are considered the most useful, as they are easier to digest and assimilate.
You can make a smoothie thicker by adding more bananas and strawberries, but the consistency of the drink should be such that it can be drunk through a straw.
If desired, you can add ice to the cocktail, then you will get a cool drink that will perfectly refresh on a hot summer day.
