Step-by-step cooking
Milinka is a traditional Bulgarian pastry that can be eaten both warm and cold.In the warm - it will be a full breakfast, and in the cold - instead of bread for the first and second courses.
For the dough, heat the milk slightly, add sugar, yeast and let it come up. Then add the melted butter, salt and knead the dough, gradually adding flour.
Divide the finished dough into 16 equal parts.
Roll each piece into a ball and spread out in a baking dish at a great distance from each other so that the pieces do not touch each other.
Now put the balls on a large proofing until they increase by 2 times.
Prepare the filling:beat eggs with milk, add melted and slightly cooled butter. Then crumble the cheese and add to this mixture
Pour the milinkas with the resulting mixture. Well, if after proofing there is a little space between them, then the filling will spread out and the finished milinkas will be sealed in it, as it were.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
