First prepare and measure all the products. Vegetables need to be washed.

We leave the noodles for 7-10 minutes, the exact time is indicated on the package. It's better to leave it a little undercooked than overcooked, so take it out a little earlier.
Step 3:
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce. Here you can play with the taste, add or remove spices, reduce or increase the amount of vinegar and oil. I took garlic powder, and you can take fresh garlic. There are recipes with ginger and honey. Coriander is always better to add, it gives a unique Korean taste to the dish. And you can buy a ready-made spice mixture for Korean carrots, there will already be all the necessary ingredients.

Vegetables for funchosa will look more beautiful sliced on a special grater for Korean carrots. Let's start with carrots.
Step 5:
Followed by cucumber.
Step 6:
Cut the pepper into small strips, the grater is not suitable for it.

Back to the noodles. It should be thrown into a colander or sieve and rinsed with cold water. Let it finally drain now.

Put the finished noodles in a bowl. Since the threads of noodles are very long, it is recommended to cut them a little with scissors.

Combine all the ingredients for the salad, mix.
Step 10:
Pour the sauce. Mix well.

Now the salad should be infused for an hour so that all the ingredients are soaked in the sauce. After the time has elapsed, we serve it on the table.
