Sea buckthorn juice is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and restorative drink that has a versatile therapeutic effect on the entire body. It also improves the functioning of the heart and circulatory system, strengthens blood vessels, has a positive effect on the nervous system and stimulates the immune system.
Sea buckthorn juice can be given to children from 3 years old. But it is worth diluting it more with water, since the amount of ascorbic acid is increased in it.
Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.
For cooking, it is better to use filtered or bottled water that is neutral to taste. If you use tap water, keep in mind that it can give the dish an unpleasant characteristic taste.
