Step-by-step cooking
So, we begin the preparation of a decoction of rose hips by sorting dried berries, thoroughly washing them in running water, drying them with a paper towel. After that, pour the purified water into a small saucepan, bring it to a boil and then put our prepared berries in it. After that, cover the saucepan with a lid and boil the mixture for about 10-12 minutes. Then you should remove the saucepan from the fire and infuse the broth we received for 10-12 hours, but it is better to leave it for a day in a dark place. After the specified time, we take out our dishes with the cooled broth of rosehip, pour the drink into bottles or jars, add the necessary amount of sugar and put it in the refrigerator to cool. After cooling, the decoction can be consumed.
