Step 1:
Our products. Cold boiled water and oat flakes (NOT instant cooking).
Step 2:
Pour the flakes into a deep bowl and fill with water. Leave at room temperature for 12 hours. You can do it from evening to morning.
Step 3:
After 12 hours, the flakes will swell.
Step 4:
Now we need to grind them. You can use an immersion blender, you can use a stationary one - as you prefer)
Step 5:
Grind well.
Step 6:
Rub the mass through a sieve.
Step 7:
That's actually milk from oat flakes) Store in the refrigerator for no more than a week.
