Wash the salmon steak, add salt, season (I took a Camis mill for fish), set aside.
Spread the paper on a baking sheet, put the onion cut into half rings in the middle, put pieces of pepper and butter on it, and salmon steak on top. A little more pepper on top, lightly season with seasoning all together. Lay out the lemon slices, carefully wrap the paper.
Bake at 180 g for half an hour.
