Whisk cream cheese with milk (200 ml). Adding the curd mass to it gradually. As well as cherries, pre-crushed in a blender.
In hot milk (50 ml), we dilute instant gelatin, put it in the curd mass.
We line the mold with food film. We put cottage cheese on the bottom.mass.
In coffee with milk, dip each cookie and put it into the mold with an edge, maintaining the same distance between the cookies.
Fill the gaps between the cookies with raspberries. Fill the berries with cottage cheese.the remaining mass.
We remove the cake until it freezes in the refrigerator.
Then decorate with berries, chocolate.
