Peel the navels from the inner film, rinse well and boil for 40 minutes. When the navels are cooked and cooled, they should be cut into strips.
Pickle vegetables:
- grate carrots or cut into strips,
- bell pepper - straws
- cucumbers - straws
- 1 onion head - half rings
Mix all the chopped vegetables, add salt, add sugar, add vinegar 2-3 tbsp.l. or a little essence - mash the vegetables to give juice (do not mash much, otherwise they will become quite soft).
When the vegetables are marinated (15-20 min), put the chopped navels in them, add soy sauce, mix, collect the slide and put the pressed garlic on top (do not mix).
Cut the second onion head into cubes and fry until golden brown. When the onion is fried, put 0.5 - 1 tsp of red pepper in it (to taste) and remove the pan from the heat, mix the pepper and onion and immediately, while the oil and onion are hot, pour all the contents from the pan onto the garlic, add chopped coriander and mix everything well.
Taste it, if there is not enough salt, pepper or vinegar - add to your taste.
Bon appetit!
