Cooking method
Put fresh, greasy sour cream in a spacious bowl. Add vegetable oil, BLACK salt (it will give a taste of boiled egg yolk), turmeric, ground black pepper (you can also add a little curry, asafoetida). Put some ready-made mustard, lemon juice.
Mix with a spoon of "mayonnaise" until smooth.
Taste it, if necessary, add more ordinary salt.
The finished sauce should be used immediately for its intended purpose.
