Finely chop the meat.
Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut off the skin if the cucumbers have a dense, hard skin. Cut into small cubes.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Put meat, cucumber and cheese in a salad bowl.
Season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper. Mix it up.
Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, cut the pulp into small cubes. Be sure to taste every pepper, because there are sharp (over-pollinated) that can spoil the taste of the whole dish.
Put the salad on a dish in the form of a maple leaf. Put the pepper cubes on top. Garnish with dill sprigs.
