Step-by-step cooking
Cut pork into portions, chop it off, add salt. Roll in flour, and fry in vegetable oil. Wash the mushrooms, cut into rings, cut the onion into quarters, send them to the frying pan where the meat was fried. Add the chopped garlic there, fry it all until the onion becomes transparent. As soon as the onion has taken its proper form, we spread our meat and pour beer over everything. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes under the lid, remove the lid, salt to taste, and simmer for another five minutes. The dish is ready, bon appetit!
