Add salt and pepper to the chicken, fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Put garlic crushed with the flat side of a knife in a baking dish.
Place the fried chicken pieces on top.
Put butter in the frying pan where the chicken was fried and the fat remained.
Add cinnamon, lemon zest, fry.
Add milk, cook a little.
