Cooking method
When I see a new product in the store, I start searching for a culinary recipe for its application. I can't say that food is all my inquisitive mind revolves around, but it's a huge unexplored layer to explore. In a laboratory called the kitchen, a woman spends enough time to hate and love her. So what am I talking about? About seafood pasta, which I learned to cook after buying a seafood cocktail for the first time.
Buy it and you, 1 package is enough.
Boil the pasta in the form of bows. To do this, you will need a 2 liter saucepan, water and salt. Boil the salted water, lower the bows and cook for 7-8 minutes without boiling.
Don't waste time while the pasta is cooking, get busy refueling.
Wash the vegetables with water, deprive the bell pepper of the middle and seeds, peel the carrots, and also "strip" the onion.
We will devote the next stage to chopping vegetables. Sweet pepper is cut into strips, carrots match it.
Small cherry tomatoes are divided into halves. But the onion is cut in half and cut into half rings.
We find a deep frying pan in our kitchen arsenal, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil on it and gradually spread all the vegetables. Fry them so that they become soft. We open the package with a sea cocktail, dump the ingredients into the pan and simmer a little (5 minutes).
We throw the bows into a colander and, hot, mix with the dressing.
You can hold it on the stove for a couple of minutes so that the pasta is soaked.
Put it on a plate and taste it.
