Lazy Cabbage Rolls with Bell Pepper

    Thinly slice the cabbage.

    Boil the rice until half-cooked.

    Grate the carrot.

    Cut the bell peppers into medium-size pieces.

    Finely chop the herbs with a knife.

    Dice the onion.

    Stir sour cream into the grated tomatoes.

    Lightly sauté the onion together with the carrot.

    Grind the meat in a meat grinder and mix it with the rice.

    Mix the cabbage with the onion, carrot, cilantro, and bell pepper. Don't forget to salt to taste.

    Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay down half of the prepared vegetables as the first layer. Then spread the meat-and-rice mixture evenly on top.

    Cover the meat layer with the remaining vegetables and pour the grated tomato-and-sour-cream mixture over the top. Cover with a lid and put it in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C); bake for about 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and let it bake another 10 minutes.

    When the cabbage rolls are done, take them out of the oven, cut into pieces, and serve. The dish comes out very tasty and fragrant, and spicy seasonings pair with it perfectly. Enjoy!
