Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products.

Thinly slice the cabbage.
Step 3:
Boil the rice until half cooked.
Step 4:
Grate the carrot.
Step 5:
Bulgarian peppers cut into not very large pieces.
Step 6:
Chop the greens finely with a knife.
Step 7:
Diced onion.
Step 8:
Add sour cream to the grated tomatoes.
Step 9:
Lightly fry the onion along with the carrots.
Step 10:
Twist the meat in a meat grinder and mix with rice.
Step 11:
Mix cabbage with onion, carrot, coriander and bell pepper. Don't forget to add salt to taste.
Step 12:
Take a mold, lubricate with vegetable oil, put half of the prepared vegetables in the first layer. Then spread the minced meat and rice evenly.
Step 13:
Cover the meat layer with the remaining vegetables and pour grated tomatoes with sour cream. Close the lid and put in a preheated 200 ° C oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 14:
When the cabbage rolls are ready, take them out of the oven, cut into pieces and serve to the table. The dish turned out to be very tasty and fragrant. It can be perfectly complemented by spicy seasonings. Bon appetit!
