  • Take the bread maker's bowl and add all the ingredients in the order specified in your machine's recipe book (some call for the liquids first and then the solids, others the reverse). Sift the flour before adding it. Set the bucket of ingredients into the bread maker, turn it on, and select the right program. If your panel has a "Pizza" button, you can use it. On models without a dedicated pizza setting, use the "Make yeast dough" program. In about 60–90 minutes (depending on the model), you'll have ready pizza dough in the bucket.
