Cooking method
1. Wash the chicory, dry it slightly, divide the leaves, spread them on a flat serving dish. The remaining chicory is simply crushed with a knife and spread in the middle.
2. Peel the tangerine, divide it into slices, remove a thin film from each slice. We put one slice into the chicory leaves, and cut the remaining ones into cubes and put them in the middle.
3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, sprinkle the salad.
4. Squeeze orange juice into a separate bowl, add a little honey, mix until completely dissolved, then pour the salad dressing over the salad.
