Prepare the sourdough: pour warm boiled water into a bowl, sift flour into it, pour dry yeast and sugar. Leave the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes. When the sponge increases in volume, you can start working with it.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream with vegetable oil, add salt, mix. Enter the dough into the resulting mass, sift the flour in parts, knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film, leave for 40 minutes to approach.
Then sprinkle the work surface with flour, put the dough on it, knead it a little and boldly proceed to the preparation of the planned dish.
