Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make dough for dumplings in a bread maker? Prepare the products. The amount of flour given is approximate, it can go either more or less from what is stated in the recipe. You will look at the status of the test. Take clean, filtered or bottled water. Egg — category C1.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Beat an egg into a measuring cup from a bread maker. You can also use a regular one, it's just that it will be more convenient to measure the amount of liquid. Shake the egg with a fork. Pour such an amount of water into it so that together with the egg it turns out 230 ml. Take the water at normal room temperature. With the same fork, stir the egg with water.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Install the stirrer blade in the bucket from the bread maker. Pour water mixed with egg into it. Sift the flour. To speed up the process, I sift it immediately into a bucket using a special mug-sieve. Sifting will not only remove possible debris from the flour, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the dough softer and more lush. Pour salt on top of the flour into a bucket.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Place the bucket in the bread maker. Choose the mode suitable for making dumpling dough. I have it called "Pasta dough", its duration is 20 minutes. In your model, the mode may be called differently, and the cooking time will also be different. Read the instructions carefully. When the bread maker starts working, look at the condition of the dough. I got it too thin, I added a couple more spoonfuls of flour.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

If the dough comes out too steep, then splash a little water. When the bread maker signals the end of the program, remove the bucket from it. Put the finished dough on the work surface. Form a bun from the dough.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Roll it out into a thin layer, adding flour if necessary. Cut the layer into circles using a glass or a special notch. Put a spoonful of minced meat in the center of each circle. Make a dumpling in any way. Ready-made dumplings can be cooked immediately or frozen for the future.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

The dough can also be frozen by wrapping it in a bag. But I like to cook from fresh, especially since it's so easy to make it with a bread maker. Bon appetit!

We bought a bread maker a long time ago, but I cooked the dough in it for the first time. Now I will do it always. I really liked the dough — well kneaded, elastic, perfectly molded. When cooking, it does not spread, but at the same time it remains soft and very tasty!

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

For cooking, it is better to use filtered or bottled water that is neutral to taste. If you use tap water, keep in mind that it can give the dish an unpleasant characteristic taste.
