Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making this delicate and delicious cream. Bananas should be taken ripe, without traces of damage and rot. This is very important, since our cream does not undergo heat treatment and will be stored for some time in the refrigerator. Sour cream should be very thick and of high quality. Otherwise, it just won't climb, and all your efforts will be in vain.
Step 2:
Put sour cream in a bowl and sift powdered sugar through a fine sieve. This will help to get rid of garbage, if there was one, and break the lumps, if they were formed as a result of storage. Mix the sour cream with the powder and let it stand for 10 minutes, after putting it in the refrigerator.
Step 3:
Beat the sour cream with a mixer, first at a slow speed, and then at maximum speed, until a dense fluffy mass. It is ready when, when lifted, it holds well on the mixer crown and the trace on the surface remains in its original form. If you still did not manage to beat it properly, add a mixture called a thickener for sour cream to it.
Step 4:
Bananas will be washed in hot water, wiped and peeled. This must be done so that dirt and germs do not get into our cream and do not cause poisoning or other unpleasant symptoms. Cut them into pieces and punch them with a blender until smooth. If you are afraid that the puree will darken, add a little whipped sour cream. The acid that is in it will not allow it to darken.
Step 5:
Combine sour cream with banana puree and beat again until smooth, airy cream. It will become a little thinner, but it will still keep its shape perfectly.
Step 6:
After cooking, you can immediately smear the cake cakes. The cream turns out to be very delicate, with an aroma and a refreshing hint of banana. It is perfectly applied and holds both on the surface of the cake and on the sides. Nuts, crumbs, chocolate or other cold cream can be applied to it. Or you can just eat it as a dessert. Enjoy your meal.
