Cooking method
Make unleavened pastry. To do this, soften the butter to a plastic state. Separately, dissolve salt and citric acid in water. Add an egg to the solution and mix everything well. Then, pouring in small portions, combine the mixture with softened butter. And last of all, add flour mixed with soda. Knead the dough very quickly, since soda in combination with acids forms carbon dioxide, which evaporates during prolonged kneading, and the pies will increase little in volume during baking.
Prepare the filling. Wash the dried mushrooms, put them in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100% power. Let the finished mushrooms settle for 10 minutes.
Then rinse the boiled mushrooms with cold water and pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes. Then mix the onion with the mushroom minced meat, add flour, salt and ground pepper. Mix everything well.
Roll out the finished dough into a layer 0.5 centimeters thick and cut into circles using a glass. Put the mushroom filling in the middle of each, connect the edges and pinch.
Place the pies on a flat dish covered with oiled parchment and bake in the microwave for 7-8 minutes at 100% power. Then let the finished pies stand for 10 minutes. The pies are ready!
