Step 1:
How to make a salad with Korean carrots, cucumber and corn? Prepare the products that you will need to prepare the salad: carrots in Korean, canned corn, fresh cucumbers, some fresh herbs. You also need a little vegetable oil and salt to taste.
Step 2:
In a spacious salad bowl, mix carrots in Korean and canned corn for convenience (the liquid from the corn must be carefully drained, the weight is indicated without liquid).

Wash the fresh cucumbers and if they have a hard or bitter skin, then it must be cut off. Chop the cucumbers by cutting them into small cubes slightly larger than corn kernels.

As a variety, you can put a little multicolored Bulgarian pepper, a little bit of olives in such a salad. It is necessary to cut them as well as cucumbers, in small cubes commensurate with corn.

How to buy canned corn correctly? Be sure to check the expiration date on the jar. If the container is glass, carefully consider the grains. They should be the same size and color, solid and spotless. The composition should not contain dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
