Cooking method
1. Wash the peaches, pour boiling water over them, then cut into slices. You need to try to make the slices about the same size and thickness.
2. Mix sugar and citric acid in a bowl.
3. Into a prepared jar (thoroughly sterilized!) lay out layers of tightly sliced peaches and a mixture of sugar.
4. Cover the jar with a lid and sterilize for 40 minutes, shaking several times in the process.
5. We roll up the jar with a sterile lid, turn it over, wrap it up and leave it to cool for a day.
The peaches are ready and they can be stored in a cool place.
