I will tell you two of the most common recipes for making cabbage dressing.
In each of the recipes, you can replace lemon juice with vinegar. You can use any kind of vinegar: berry, fruit, rice and others.
I also highly recommend that when using vinegar, take only the one that you have prepared yourself at home.
The first recipe.
Mix vegetable oil and lemon juice with pepper, lightly whisking.
Add salt and sugar. Beat thoroughly.
Ready-made cabbage dressing will be similar in consistency to watery mayonnaise.
Once again, you can replace lemon juice with vinegar.
This dressing is most suitable for various cabbage salads.
The second recipe.
Vegetable oil is mixed with lemon juice, mustard is added.
Cucumber is rubbed on a grater, garlic is crushed and added to the general mixture.
Then you need to add pepper and salt.
Rub the mixed mass through a sieve and the dressing is ready.
This type of filling is used for vinaigrettes.
