Pour sugar and salt into a bowl with dough, the amount of sugar can be increased to taste. If the pastries will be baked with jam, jam or other sweet filling, cream and the like, then there will be enough sugar for the dough in such quantity.
Spread the dough on the floured work surface. It's a little runny. And sprinkling flour in small parts, knead the soft and elastic dough with your hands. As a result, it should not stick to your hands and be very obedient. We wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it on the table for half an hour to rest.
