Cooking method
If you want to surprise your guests and please them with the delicious taste of a homemade alcoholic drink, this recipe will be a real find. Cooking liquor is so simple that anyone can handle it. All you need is to mix the ingredients, and then just be patient, and not too much :) After all, the drink will be ready in two days.
1. Place the yolks in the bowl of the mixer, then whisk them into a fluffy foam.
2. Pour out the vanilla to the yolks, mix everything thoroughly. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla extract, or even better - vanilla pods. In this case, the flavor of the liqueur will be even more ethereal and delicious.
3. In a large bowl, spread the yolk mixture, then add condensed milk to it, mix everything well again. Condensed milk for liqueur is better to take high quality, so you should carefully study the labels on the packaging in the store. Still, the taste of the finished liqueur will largely depend on the taste of condensed milk.
4. Pour cream to the rest of the ingredients, mix. Cream does not need to be too greasy, but low-fat ones will not work either. 20% fat content is an ideal option.
5. Now add vodka, after which we thoroughly beat everything with a mixer. Of course, vodka should also be of high quality.
6. Pour the mixture into a beautiful glass bottle, close the lid tightly and put it in the refrigerator or cellar for 48 hours.
When the time passes, the liquor will be ready to be served and consumed. It can be served both in its pure form and create various cocktails using this liqueur.
Happy holidays! And good luck in your creativity! :))
