Honey with ginseng

Cooking method
1. The ginseng root is cleaned, crushed with a blender.
2. Honey is melted in a water bath to a liquid state.
3. Combine the melted honey with ginseng gruel, mix thoroughly.
4. We put them in glass jars, add a couple of sprigs of herbs to each container: thyme, rosemary and sage.
5. We leave the honey for two weeks, after which it can be used as intended.
